Bag Formation
Machine can make various kinds of Bags apart from special types of Bag (Ex. Bag from two different thickness or material, Profile Seal etc etc.) ;

Entire Machine - at a glance Web Handling System
The System makes machine versatile to make virtually every type of conventional and contemporary Bags to cover to satisfy market needs. The Web section mounted on single platform to provide sturdiness to machine. All the Rollers are modified to minimum friction during machine operation.
Sealing and Cooling Stations
- Two stage along section initial sealing enables the proper full length sealing of Bag, which eliminates the complainants of week sealing in bigger Bags generally received from market.
- Specially designed Bit sealers to fuse Zip in proper fashion so it does not come out during usage.
- Cooling stations are provided for neat and clean finish of each Bag apart from leakless seal.
- As all stations are adjustable hence rolling wheals are equipped for tool less moving of each station.
Mechanical Cams and Lever Shafts Mid Pulling Rollers
Front-Back and Middle rollers are another most important factor which contributes significantly to machine performance, stability and accurate pulling without slippage of Film apart from minimizing operational vibrations.
Microprocessor Control
Advance C.E. certified electronics include industrial motion control computer, brushless AC Servo Drives and an operator control center with menu display. The screen control panel shows machine readouts and error messages.
