Automatic Time Gravity Filling Machine
  • Top mounted supply tank with float switch control to maintain fill head pressure,

  • PLC used to controll the High Acuracy of Filling ,
  • Diving nozzles for in-the-neck or submerged fills depending on user application,
  • Automatic supply regulation,
  • Automatic bottle indexing System.
  • Precision manual bottle height adjustment,
  • Batch bottle counter,
  • Electronic senser is used for No Bottle/No Fill
Machine is made of stainless steel frame and have full wash down capability.

Fully automatic time Gravity filling machine expandable from 2 to 6 heads; Operator needed only for loading bottles. Bottle management and filling sequence is controlled entirely by PLC.
